New, Luxury Living: Revela Apartments in Mountain View

I went on a tour at Revela Apartments yesterday. They’re located in the Whisman Station area. It’s a relatively quiet part of town. The neighborhood felt peaceful, especially compared to the downtown area.

The kitchen was open to the main living room, with quartz countertops, lots of tile and modern stainless steel appliances. They have Nest thermostats, LED lighting, big bathrooms (ADA compliant) plenty of storage, and stacked washers/dryers. And get this… ALL of the apartments have a balcony. That’s awesome.

There are lots of spaces that you could have a gathering/party if you lived there. That’s the reason I was invited, because the Chamber of Commerce has monthly networking events and our members get to see the inside of local businesses. We were checking out all the possible event areas. We’ll have a Mix-n-Mingle gathering there at some point in the future.

The rooftop party area was gorgeous and the landscaping lush. It’s right beside an open meeting space, that they call the Kitchenette. The gym is bright and open and right in the middle of all the action. There’s plenty of Work-from-Home office space, with different sized conference rooms. The entire neighborhood is pet friendly, and the homes that surround Revela are occupied by homeowners.

The city is building a new park and dog park in that neighborhood. You can hop on Central Expressway in 30 seconds from Revela Apartments. The occupancy rate is 54% right now. It will definitely fill up as word gets out about how gorgeous this place is. It’s luxury living, for sure. Studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, and the price range is $3270 - $6490.

Thank you, Lilly, for the tour and the Chamber is looking forward to taking advantage of those beautiful outdoor entertaining areas.
