Back by popular demand, Mountain View will hold its sixth annual Technology Showcase on July 20-21st, 2021. This year’s event will be free and virtual. Presented by the City of Mountain View and the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce, the Technology Showcase is a fun and engaging community event that highlights some of Silicon Valley’s newest and most exciting innovations - from both industry leaders and little known ventures.

One of the most exciting parts of the conference is we have a series of sessions dedicated to helping job seekers. Check out the schedule below to read about our job seeker track! Our sessions focus on building your LinkedIn profile, preparing for a technical interview and also a Live Q&A with a careers search expert. 2:50PM - 3:55PM PT Rock Your Profile Session w/ LinkedIn and NOVAworks 

Join us for this joint session led by LinkedIn and the local non-profit NOVAworks Job Center to learn how to leverage LinkedIn to communicate your professional brand through your profile, build your professional network, and connect to career opportunities. 

4:00PM - 4:30PM PT Prepping for a Technical Interview hosted by NOVAworks

Come learn more about the purpose of the technical interview and success tips for defining and solving technical problems. We'll also address how to handle time pressures and what to do if you get stuck. We'll share an infographic on the problem solving process.

4:30PM - 5:00PM PT  Live Q&A with a NOVAworks Career Search Expert

This is your chance to ask questions and advice about your job search! Business Liaison, Pat Richards from NOVAworks Job Center will be available to answer all your most pressing questions.
